Suraj Kumar
Hello!
Weaving my own digital galaxy!!!
I'm Suraj (21), a student and passionate backend developer.
My toolkit: C++, DevOps, and scalable backend systems. I'm also exploring Web3, and AI/ML.
I love building tools and automations that make developers' lives easier. Turning ideas into reality, one automation at a time.
Let's create something impactful together.
Here are some of my recent projects and contributions
Developed a real-time messaging application with websockets for instant communication
A Real-time programmable trading platform for building exchanges, testing strategies, and running automated trading systems.
Built custom Zapier integrations for workflow automation
Full-stack cryptocurrency exchange with real-time trading, order matching, and market data streaming
A productivity platform with task management, notes, notifications.
Built a secure cloud storage system with JWT authentication, rate limiting, and Oracle Cloud integration for file management
Freelance backend development for a website design marketplace: authentication, payments, template management, analytics.
A full-featured platform where you can write, edit, and manage technical blogs, live preview, and easy publishing.
Developed a drone system for delivering medical supplies with AI-based real-time navigation and obstacle avoidance

I’m actively building Orvia Chat — a real-time, low-latency global communication platform designed to go beyond WhatsApp and Telegram. It emphasizes a security-first architecture (strong end-to-end encryption, privacy controls, and safer default settings), seamless cross-language interaction, and intelligent collaboration features.
I’m experimenting with stronger security primitives, selective disclosure patterns, and latency-optimized real-time stacks to make messaging both private and usable at global scale.
I’m building OrviaX — a programmable trading infrastructure designed for engineers who want to build exchanges, develop algorithmic strategies, and experiment with real-time market systems.
OrviaX includes low-latency WebSocket market data feeds, a deterministic order matching engine optimized for high-throughput execution, and a strategy runtime that allows developers to deploy automated trading logic.
The system follows an event-driven architecture designed to handle scalable market data streams and order flow. Strategies can be tested in isolated sandbox environments before live deployment, making OrviaX a developer-first platform for building and experimenting with trading systems.
I’m experimenting with an audacious, next‑generation cloud platform — an engineer-first vision that rethinks compute, storage, networking and developer experience from the ground up. The goal is to prototype systems that could credibly compete with incumbents like AWS, GCP or Oracle: fault-tolerant distributed control planes, low-latency real-time primitives, programmable edge runtimes, verifiable security models, and integrated ML + decentralized data fabrics.
I prototype focused, high-impact systems that explore new efficiency and usability trade-offs — concentrating on low-latency primitives, secure defaults, and developer-first ergonomics. It’s experimental and ambitious, aimed at proving concepts that could challenge the status quo.
I’m actively working on drone automation and autonomy — for example a Follow‑Me system built with OpenCV and YOLO — with the goal of enabling drones to execute complex missions with minimal human intervention.
